Why do you only ship Mondays and Tuesdays?

We only ship Mondays and Tuesdays to keep your plants safe. If we ship later in the week, there is a risk of plants being stuck in a box over the weekend which could become an issue due to extreme changes in environment. We thrive in knowing your plants arrive safe and as happy as possible!

How do we collect ordered plants directly?

Your plants will be processed, cleaned and checked ready for pickup. Once they are ready for pickup we will contact you via text or email in regards to setting a date and time for collection, This is when you will receive the address for collection.
